In case the product you received is ‘damaged’ or ‘defective’ or “not as described”, our friendly return policy has got you covered .
Follow the below steps for easy returns :-
- You may raise a request by writing to us on ‘contact us’. The request should be raised within the time specified in the above schedule.
- The product to be returned should be finely packed in return package with original packing and tags.
- We will process 100% refunds once we receive the product at our end.
- The refunds are subject to the product condition and other parameters meeting our return policy.
- In case you make a wrong order, you have to return the product at your expense. On receipt of the product at our end, we can refund or replace the product.
